    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Items purchased as “Final Sale” or marked “Non-Returnable” Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) Customized or personalized products

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

3. If approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Farbo Studios LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refund Policy

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Deductions:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid return label was provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service [at] farbostudios [dot] com. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
