How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
3. If approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Farbo Studios LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refund Policy
Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Deductions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a prepaid return label was provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
